1. The Main Features of Suction-Cup Automatic Panel Bender

  1. The working speed is three times that of ordinary CNC bending machines, saving production and labour costs.
  2. It has good wear resistance and long service life. The whole machine can be bent more than 1 million times without frequent replacement of upper and lower bending tools.
  3. It has automatic bending function and can bend right angles, acute angles, obtuse angles, arcs, edge presses, hollow squares, closed shapes and other complex shapes. No hand bending required. Up and down and horizontal bending can also be achieved.
  4. The suction cup loading system uses vacuum suction cups to absorb the plates and rotate them within 360°. Its two guide rulers enable precise positioning and automatic adjustment of the bending angle.
