1. The Main Features of the Machine
- The model is advanced and beautiful. The two oil cylinders are fixed on the left and right wall panels. The force state of the whole machine is reasonable and the rigidity is sufficient.

2. The Main Components and Structure of the Machine
2.1 TP10S CNC System
- The TP10S controller system includes 2 servo motors, a set of handles, a screen, a Schneider electric box, and a foot switch set, with economical and easy-to-use CNC high-level performance.
- The efficient algorithm optimises the bending cycle, reduces the setting time of working steps, and improves the overall efficiency of the bending process, especially in batch processing scenarios.
- Strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, and high accuracy. Accommodates 2D and 3D graphics editing.
2.2 Electrical Parts
- The equipment adopts Schneider components imported from France, known for their stability, durability, and long service life.
- The machine is equipped with Eston’s original self-adaptive electrical box assembly, which has strong anti-interference ability and stable electrical performance.
2.3 Backgauge
- To ensure the excellent motion accuracy of the X-axis, imported ball screws and linear guides are used to replace the traditional screw rods, which improves the accuracy and consistency of our manufacturing process.
- The rear stop uses a synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor instead of a stepper motor. This upgrade provides greater control and accuracy to our operations.
- The entire back gauge system is tempered at high temperatures to eliminate internal stress, enhance metal plasticity and toughness, and prevent loss of precision caused by frame deformation.

- With axial and radial pressure compensation design, it can maintain high volumetric efficiency even at low speed and low viscosity.
- Ultra-low noise, using high-strength cast iron and unique internal muffler design.

4. Working Environment and Conditions of Use
- Ambient temperature: -10 to +40℃ (the temperature of the fuel tank shall not be lower than +10℃)
- Relative humidity: ≤80% (+25℃)
- Power source: 3-phase 380V±10% 50Hz (or customised)
- This machine has no “three wastes” discharged, and the noise limit meets the requirements of JB9969-1999.
5. Installation, Test, Acceptance and After Service
- Seller should inform the buyer to inspect the machine in our factory after the machine is finished.
- Seller should supply corresponding files and foundation drawings in 7 days after confirming the order.
- If buyer needs installation and testing by the seller, the charges in China will be covered by the seller. Charges outside China, such as tickets and hotels, are the buyer’s responsibility.
